'I wish I'd have killed him': Oklahoma trooper recalls 2010 run-in with Alton Nolen

“I wish I’d have killed him.”

That’s just one of the regrets Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper Betsy Randolph reveals in her 2010 run-in with alleged Oklahoma City beheader Alton Nolen in an exclusive interview with KOCO TV (video at link).

As Twitchy reported, the Oklahoma Department of Corrections shows that Nolen had a number of run-ins with the law.

Randolph recalls how Nolen pushed her and broke her finger by yanking on his handcuffs before running off after what started as a routine traffic stop.

“I knew he was dangerous, but I knew he was dangerous too late,” she says while fighting tears.
