Jonah Goldberg: 'Glitchy' doesn't properly describe Obamacare's broken website

HealthCare.gov, the national Obamacare website, has been up (and down) for a full week now, but despite a weekend of maintenance, the site is still broken, as plenty of citizens have testified with screen captures. The president himself has admitted to the site having a few startup “glitches,” but as Jonah Goldberg notes, “glitchy” doesn’t quite describe what’s going on.
