The suspect is said to be the same man who opened fire on a Motel 6 last Thursday, killing a security guard.

YourCentralValley.com reports that last Thursday night, a security guard outside a Motel 6 in Fresno “got into a confrontation with a black male in his early 20s who shot him multiple times and fled on foot.”

Muhammad is said to have fired several rounds in four different locations Tuesday afternoon. One victim was the passenger in a Pacific Gas and Electric truck.
