Here’s a toast to the good times, when presidential candidate Sen. Lindsey Graham was sitting at 2 percent in the polls and preparing for the “undercard” GOP debate by working the bar at a Colorado brewery.

Graham was all smiles then, but on Thursday, after a bit of confusion — actually, make that a whole lot of confusion — over a suggested tax on Mexican imports to pay for the border wall, he tweeted that he was “mucho sad.”
