Mixed messages: ABC News also seems to disagree that JV team ISIS is contained

Just two weeks ago, CIA chief John Brennan said that despite the president’s depiction of ISIS as a demoralized, contained JV team composed of widows and orphans on the run, “our efforts have not reduced the group’s terrorist capability and global reach.”

So while BuzzFeed was giving the president direction while he stacked Cheerios for a YouTube video, suicide bombers suspected to be affiliated with ISIS were finalizing their plans to bomb Istanbul’s airport. Things are to the point now where even ABC News can’t help but notice that ISIS isn’t contained, on the run, or low on morale.
