When people ask me what I do for a living it's always interesting to watch their faces as I try and explain it. I tell them I write for a living, and that I'm a managing editor for an outlet that has a unique way of reporting on the news and politics. Now, if they're right-leaning it's pretty easy to point them to Twitchy and say, 'See, that's me.' BUT when it's the mom of one of my son's friends or a neighbor I'm never sure how to explain it because A) they might try and cancel me for being conservative and B) they would likely think I'm completely insane when they see what I cover.
For example, this entire piece is about how stupid Jasmine Crockett really is and how she's giving Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez a run for her money. Now, if you're reading this you get it and in fact, you might even think I'm behind the eight ball for not writing this until now but you can see where this might not make sense to a normie.
Awww normies.
They never have to pay attention to Crockett and her ridiculously stupid posts like those of us who are a bit ... well ... abnormal.

Told you, she's dumb. Like super dumb. The inventor of the word 'dumb' would walk past Jasmine and say, 'Damn, now SHE'S dumb'.
Trump has been in office roughly 99 hours at the time of this writing and yet Crockett seems to think he should have already brought down the cost of eggs without ever once admitting it's her party's fault they're so expensive in the first place. Not to mention he has already directed his cabinet to start working on bringing inflation down ... the issue now is of course Democrats taking their own sweet time with the confirmations.
But that's another story.
Yup, I think it's safe to say I cover some of the dumbest people on this planet ... some days I'm not sure if that's a gift or a curse.
