Ever since Trump MASSIVELY beat the Democrats back in November with an extraordinary MANDATE, some super sad Democrats have been trying to find a way to keep him from actually taking his oath and entering the White House. They care so much about protecting democracy that they're working to find a way to usurp it and ignore the will of the MAJORITY of the people.
Note, I am using CAPS on words that I know bother and upset our pals on the Left. I'm petty that way.
Heck, we've even seen some psychics insisting Trump will not serve his term ... I take them more seriously though than this tripe from Laurence Tribe about Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

Donald Trump was impeached for "Insurrection" in the House of Representatives on January 13th, 2021, he was acquitted in the Senate and never charged under 18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or Insurrection.
Democrats just can't accept their loss.
And seriously, the 14th is the Democrat's favorite - they always use it while trying to push through their wants and demands. See abortion. See gay marriage. See ... keeping Trump out of the Oval Office.
