Where's the Love? The View Asks the Single Most Idiotic Question (yet) About the Clancy Case

Just when you thought the ladies of The View couldn't get any dumber or more morally reprehensible ...

Just kidding. 

We know that Twitchy readers would never think that. Because no matter what galactically stupid words they may say today, we all know that they're likely to say something tomorrow that's far worse.

Still, this latest from Sarah Haines about Patrick and Lindsay Clancy is going to be pretty difficult to top. 

Be sure to have your fingertips near your temples before you watch this clip below. You're definitely going to want to try to rub the pain away. Watch: 

Where's the love, Patrick? WHERE'S THE LOVE?

See? We told you. You're rubbing those temples furiously right now, aren't you? 

Yeah, we feel your pain. 

Uhh ... ya think? 

To Patrick Clancy's credit, he told 60 Minutes that he forgives his wife for executing their kids. But it's more than understandable that he no longer feels that "marital love" for her.

It's even scarier with the knowledge that Haines is a mother of two. 

We should have a discussion about them, but we're not even sure HOW to have a discussion with many women on the left anymore.

"Batpoop crazy" doesn't begin to cover it. 

The rules they set are more incomprehensible and far more arbitrary than even Calvinball. 

To be fair, we've known that about all of the harpies on The View for a long time.

It gets exasperating, however, when they insist on reminding us every day. 

Not only are they twisting themselves into knots trying to defend the mother who killed her kids, but they're also triple-tying those knots to come up with ways to blame the father. 

They'll blame Sydney Sweeney for "setting feminism back" without realizing they are making the case every day that women should not run anything, not even a lemonade stand.

Even if we were to believe her defense, despite it having more holes than a block of Swiss cheese, the fact remains that she killed their three children. With no remorse.

And The View wants to scold the father for checking out of the marriage? 

It's easy to laugh at them. And, of course, we will continue to do so. 

But the way leftist women think — and demand that other people think — might be the most destructive force this side of a giant meteor striking the Earth. 

They really, really don't. 

All they have is their hierarchy of victimhood and oppression. 

Patrick Clancy is a white man. Lindsay Clancy is also white (much to The View's disappointment, we're sure), but she is a woman. 

Ergo, no matter what the facts or circumstances, they will always blame him before they even think about blaming her, even though she admitted her crime.

The View may ask, "Where's the love?" But the rest of the world looks at them and asks, "Where's the straitjacket and padded room?"
