Kaitlan Collins went to the United Nations to complain about CNN losing White House access and walked straight into the punchline.

U.S. Ambassador to the UN Mike Waltz stood there on live television, answered her questions, and then pointed out the obvious: she was, in fact, interviewing a senior Trump official.

WAIT, WHAT?

But she just said that they've been banned? How can this be?!

President Trump is now invoking national security in respect to his press ban, which he didn't do Friday, Saturday or Sunday. How is reporting on the president a national security threat?

Access to the West Wing is not the same thing as access to the administration, and Waltz made that distinction look almost too easy.
