They’re called ‘Fake News’ for a reason. It's a mystery how anyone still sees legacy media outlets as legitimate news organizations. On Wednesday, ABC ‘News’ proved why it doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust. The ‘news’ outlet posted a story on X that blamed a Tesla on Autopilot for the death of the vehicle’s passenger. Of course that was a lie.
After the false story received a Community Note, ABC ‘News’ deleted the post with no apology, retraction, or correction on X. (READ)

That’s the way these should be handled. All ‘news’ organizations should also have a button on their X pages that links to all stories with Community Notes. Users on X need a quick way of determining the legitimacy of so-called news agencies.
