Twenty-five years ago today, President Ronald Reagan famously asked Mikhail Gorbachev, former president of the Soviet Union, to tear down the Berlin Wall and free the people from Communism. The Wall fell a couple years later.
Reactions from the Twitterverse:
6/12/87: Reagan says "tear down this wall!" 6/12/2012: Obama admin says it's "concerned" about Russian attack helicopters in Syria. #forward

25th anniversary of Ronald Reagan's speech at the Berlin Wall. Doesn't seem possible.
