Sen. Eric Schmitt: 'He Touched Millions of Lives'

It would be hard to count how many are touched by certain ones who come along. That cannot be denied. Sen. Schmitt makes the point that legacy goes forward and lives on in those who are on the receiving end of someone who has possessed enormous influence.
