There's something noticeably wrong with Fox's map of the states Trump will emphasize

So Fox News published the following map of states Donald Trump will emphasize in the general election.

Regardless of what you think of his strategy, there’s something amiss with the details in the map. The tweet says he will focus on 15 states, yet only 10 are highlighted.
