Michael Moore: Maybe Miss Puerto Rico would be a better representative of Alabama or Mississippi [video]

As we told you, Miss Puerto Rico Destiny Vélez was suspended by the Miss America organization yesterday over comments she made on Twitter about Muslims while slamming Michael Moore over his Trump Tower “We Are All Muslim” PR stunt.

Moore has now responded to her suspension in a video he posted on his Facebook page telling his fans to “be kind to her” but also that “Miss Puerto Rico seems like a wonderful representative of maybe not of Puerto Rico but of Alabama, maybe? Mississippi, maybe?” He ends by telling his viewers that despite what Miss Puerto Rico said, “we’re doing pretty good” in America “because we’ve twice elected a president whose middle name is Hussein.”
