WHOOPS! White House issues embarrassing correction to Obama's speech

If you watched President Obama’s speech tonight, did you catch his error? He mistakenly said terrorist Tashfeen Malik came to the U.S. on a visa waiver which “allows citizens of participating countries to travel to the United States without a visa for stays of 90 days or less.” Pakistan — Malik’s country of birth — is not one of these countries:

As we’ve reported, Malik enter the U.S. on a K-1 fiancé visa:

The White House sent out a corrected transcript with the word “waiver” crossed out:

Although it looks like the White House maybe needs to correct the correction. They just tweeted this out saying the president does want Congress to put in place stronger screening practices of those who come to the country on the visa waiver program (No. 2 below):

But in the correction in the transcript above, he says he wants to increase security measures on the K-1 visa program. Which is it?
