The New York Times’ Maggie Haberman was on CNN this morning where she blamed former President Trump for politicizing the theory that COVID-19 leaked out of a lab in Wuhan, China:
NYT's @maggieNYT on the Wuhan lab leak theory: "Important to remember … then-Pres Trump and Pompeo both suggested they'd seen evidence this was formed in a lab … but they refused to release the evidence … because of that, that made this instantly political." pic.twitter.com/r9zi1lJT74

Gives us a BREAK:
Trump said the virus came from a lab leak. It's Trump's fault we in the media called it a conspiracy theory and banned the news from Facebook, Twitter, and our prestigious places of journalism. https://t.co/tyFiHiU8xA

He was 100% correct back then and journos, blinded by their hatred of the president, missed it:
April 30, 2020:@johnrobertsFox — "Have you seen anything at this point that gives you a high degree of confidence that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was the origin of this virus?"
Trump: "Yes, I have. Yes I have. And I think that the @WHO should be ashamed of themselves…" pic.twitter.com/RpU9396adI

And now President Biden wants the same WHO to do the independent investigation?
Donald Trump told the world last year that COVID started in the Wuhan lab.
He cut off funding to the same Wuhan lab, over Fauci objections, and left the WHO over their pro-China bias.
Now Joe Biden wants an independent investigation… by the same WHO.
Give me a break.

And as far as the intel goes, Biden should declassify it all so we can see what he — and Trump — know:
When Trump brought up the lab leak theory, anybody with common sense said "Let's look into that" – but instead it was deemed a "fringe" conspiracy theory. @HawleyMO & I have a bill to force the Biden admin to declassify the intel related to the Wuhan lab so we can get answers. pic.twitter.com/R9YyCeRC6u
