Sen. Amy Klobuchar Tries to Take a Jab at Trump Over Gas Prices and Accidentally KOs Joe Biden

In order to be a congressional Democrat during President Trump's second term, one major requirement is that you make claims about the current administration and just hope that nobody remembers what happened during four years of the autopen presidency. 

Such is the case when it comes to gas prices. That's where Dem Sen. Amy Klobuchar comes in:
