The blatant judicial overreach from the left in America seems to be showing no signs of slowing down. Activist judges are so out of control that yesterday, one DC district court judge even tried to block President Trump from constructing the new White House ballroom.
Most of these rulings get smacked down by higher courts, but at the district court level, all they seem to care about is obstructing the administration in even the most trivial of matters.
What is NOT a trivial matter, however, is deporting the millions of illegal criminals that Joe Biden laid out the red carpet for over his entire term as (the alleged) President.
Also yesterday, unelected Obama-appointed District Court Judge Allison Burroughs (who looks exactly like you would imagine she does) attempted to overthrow the will of the American people by ordering DHS to reinstate legal status for nearly one million illegals that were told to leave the country through the CBP One app.

This ruling is, not to put too fine a point on it, patently insane.
Biden somehow can grant legal status through a cell phone app, but Trump cannot revoke that status? How does that work, exactly?

At least not at the circuit court level, it doesn't. These people are not acting as judges, but as DNC operatives.
Given some of these insane rulings, the Trump administration's restraint and strict adherence to the legal process to counter each one of these attempts to subvert it is remarkable.
What actually happened is that Biden took an app for commercial truckers to schedule cargo inspections at the border and then converted it into a one-stop digital pathway for nearly a million people to walk up to the southern border and illegally enter this country.

... what this ruling essentially amounts to is a declaration that it's legal for a Democrat administration to unilaterally import over 10 million people into this country in four years, but a Republican administration cannot deport them.
The judiciary is ultimately going to kill this country unless rulings like this are simply ignored. Leftist judges have completely destroyed whatever moral legitimacy the courts once had in a bid to overturn the results of the last election through blatant ideological lawfare.
What's scary is how badly judges like James Boasberg and Allison Burroughs seem to want to kill this country.

We hate to encourage more lawyers, but we definitely need them to fight back against the left.
However, there is no need for conservative lawyers to become 'partisan hacks' like Judge Burroughs.
Simply adjudicating cases based on the Constitution and the rule of law is 'right-coded' enough.
