At the recent White House Correspondents’ Dinner, ABC News’ Jonathan Karl received an award for a report on what unfolded at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021:
Here's the story, which aired at 6:30pm on January 6, that won the @whca award for breaking news.
"Karl's richly sourced reporting provided his viewers with a sense of what he so accurately described as the 'chaos and lawlessness striking at the heart of American democracy.'" https://t.co/LGsP35rKMk

There’s something else that’s worth mentioning:
So at the White House Correspondents dinner, ABC's Jon Karl was given an award for "reporting" on Jan 6.
But, as you can see, half of the videos in his report came from @townhallcom's @Julio_Rosas11.

Townhall’s Julio Rosas does great work and deserves some credit for an award that was given to Karl (the ABC story featured video that was taken by others that day as well). Katie Pavlich had this to say:
Excuse me? When does @Julio_Rosas11 and @townhallcom get an award? There would be no report without @Julio_Rosas11 being on the ground that day. https://t.co/Y93H0CbGKh

Rosas has also done fantastic reporting, from the southern border to the Rittenhouse trial to the 2020 “fiery but mostly peaceful” riots, the Townhall reporter has been on top of the big stories.
Mighty racist of them don't ya think https://t.co/OG6kVUdLrg

Isnât that it âwhite privilegeâ actually is? Hmm seems that liberals need to learn a lesson. Maybe @Julio_Rosas11 should file suit? https://t.co/DZue6rM9Pq

It would be nice to see a little acknowledgment:

No he didn’t — unlike some reporters.
