Dem senator leaves Barrett hearing to spend time with family that 'thinks this is a room full of people who have either been infected or may currently be'

As we told you earlier, the Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing for Amy Coney Barrett concluded today ahead of a vote expected next week. As the hearing ended, Dianne Feinstein gave a hug to Republican committee chair Lindsey Graham, with neither wearing a mask.

Perhaps Feinstein and Graham should have first consulted the family of Sen. Chris Coons, who Fox News’ Chad Pergram quoted as having said that his family thinks there’s coronavirus all over the hearing room:

Maybe Coons should run that by Dr. Fauci first.
