Maxine Waters just made joining her Trump impeachment effort VERY affordable

Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters’ dreams of impeaching President Trump are well documented. Even though that kind of Resistance effort apparently isn’t cheap, the Calif. congresswoman is apparently trying to keep it as affordable as possible:
