The president, still riding high on his A+ week, decided to keep making history by announcing that later this month the United States would open an embassy in Havana, Cuba, as the first step in normalizing relations with the country.
President Obama, the master negotiator behind the Beau Bergdahl trade, cut the deal in talks with Cuban President Raul Castro. What he failed to mention in his announcement to the press was that the deal comes with conditions. Reuters, for example, reports that the U.S. must stop broadcasting its subversive programming into Cuba.
