Word on Twitter tonight is that Twitter is dead and is going to shut down anytime now. Pundits are posting links to where you can find them once Twitter’s gone. They’re lamenting what a great conversational space Twitter used to be. But Elon Musk, in his search for workers who were willing to actually come into the office and work a full day, has alienated his employees and they’re all leaving. Check out Twitter’s trending topics:
As CNBC reported, among the first two fired were Rahul Ligma and Daniel Johnson, whom the reporter caught outside as they were holding cardboard boxes with their belongings. Musk, however, realized the magnitude of the mistake he had made and welcomed Ligma and Johnson back into the fold.

Important to admit when I’m wrong & firing them was truly one of my biggest mistakes

Hill TV host Brianna Joy Gray still doesn’t get the joke and noted that Ligma and Johnson didn’t look too happy in that photo.

Journalism majors are not exactly setting the high bar. They likely started off in something else and failed. Either way, at least they provide comic relief.

I’m laughing because I just don’t know where the bottom is with the media 😂

Because the story is one that journalists WANT to believe, and so they don't question it.

I wonder if they know yet that we are all laughing at them on Twitter. 😂

Layers and layers of fact-checkers.

This is why citizen journalism is bad: These journalists went to school for years and years and have editors and fact-checkers.
Bro you forgot to say “journalists”.. never forgot those quotation marks.
