Last fall, CNN+ star Chris Wallace said that Jen Psaki was “one of the best press secretaries ever.” We made fun of him at the time, but he might have had a point. Sure, she lied a lot, but at least she did it off-the-cuff, and her sparring with Fox News’ Peter Doocy was always fun. Now that Karine Jean-Pierre is at the helm, we can sort of see Wallace’s point.
