Daily Beast senior correspondent Josh Rogin was hoping for a little more detail from State Department deputy spokesperson Marie Harf — the one the Ayatollah Khamenei refers to as “that girl” — on Secretary of State John Kerry’s hope to “deconflict” with Bashar Assad before launching airstrikes inside Syria.
