Kentucky family credits newborn with saving their lives

Aedan Praiswater was born in a hospital last Friday as a tornado tore through the family home.  The home was destroyed, but the family was spared.

“It’s God’s perfect timing,” father Adam Praiswater said. “He had him come on that day just to save us.”

Grandmother Debbie McIntosh is grateful for the outpouring of community support.

“They’ve given me so much love, and my family,” McIntosh said. “It’s more overwhelming than the devastation.”

And thanks to a local bank, the family will have a place to stay.

Heritage Bank has offered a foreclosed home for the family to live in while they get back on their feet.
