Ted Cruz’s bump after the Fox News debate got lost in the kerfuffle of the Donald Trump flap. As Twitchy readers know, some felt that Cruz had been frozen out by Fox News.

It didn’t seem to do Cruz any harm, however. Viewers were on board with what he had to say. But, the buzz about Cruz being ignored continues:
