Would Trump pardon himself? Giuliani addresses that and tells why he believes the Russia probe is complete

Attorney for the president Rudy Giuliani sat down with George Stephanopoulos of ABC’s “This Week” and addressed the question of whether or not President Trump will pardon himself.

He finds the idea that Congress would entertain impeaching someone over lying to the press to be a bit on the ironic side.

He says Robert Mueller has everything he needs and is calling on him to put a wrap on the investigation.

Giuliani believes Mueller’s probe will be completed by September 1st.

He also believes that the investigation has pretty much been wrapped up now.
