Elizabeth Warren, Massachusetts senator and possible candidate for the 2020 Democrat nomination, is actually touting a DNA test that shows there’s a very small chance she had a relative several generations ago who was Native American:
My family (including Fox News-watchers) sat together and talked about what they think of @realDonaldTrump’s attacks on our heritage. And yes, a famous geneticist analyzed my DNA and concluded that it contains Native American ancestry. pic.twitter.com/r3SNzP22f8

“Our heritage”? Anwyay, the Boston Globe provided an update to their story because of a math error, making it look even worse for Warren:
CORRECTION: "Due to a math error, a story about Elizabeth Warren misstated the ancestry percentage of a potential 10th generation relative. It should be 1/1,024."https://t.co/RQq7Kz0n1D

The results of the DNA test makes Warren’s original narrative about her heritage totally collapse, but maybe Warren knew the media would have her back as best they could, and that’s certainly the case:
Warren didn’t just do a DNA test – she went home to Okla to put her conservative-leaning family on camera and have em push back at the Pocahontas attack
It’s not “I’m running,” it’s “I’m running and won’t be Swift Boated”https://t.co/grBA0qMUJZ

Elizabeth Warren revealed the results of a DNA test Monday, bolstering both her claims to a Native American heritage — and the near-certainty that she’ll run for president in 2020 https://t.co/n01kpAa0sf

A DNA analysis done on Sen. Elizabeth Warren provides strong evidence she has Native American heritage, a claim her critics have long mocked. https://t.co/6WphttOzkx

And that’s just a small sampling. However, it depends on what your definition of “strong evidence” is.
"Strong evidence" suggests the media is overplaying its hand, once again, in its reaction to Warren's DNA test. Surely they don't all read from the same script right? pic.twitter.com/VioYeReXLq

Imagining the decision process on Warren releasing that DNA testing. "Not even 0.2%? Oh well, let's run with it. The media will give us cover." https://t.co/1FugMhdp9S

The Dems have the luxury of knowing the media will have their backs no matter what.
The media kept telling us how unreliable DNA tests for Native American ancestry were for a year now they push this crap. As duplicitous as they are dishonest. https://t.co/mZuoWXpMTa

Perfect example of how the media works for Democrats
The Swift Boat officers reports on @JohnKerry were true, his tall tales of war heroism in Cambodia were the lies
Same thing here
Her tale of being Indian fell apart But they are running with them anyhow#ControlTheNarrative https://t.co/YpDYsqe0yO

A parade of white people complaining no one takes their 1/512th native ancestry seriously is hilarious and peak progressive. https://t.co/php8slhZxd
