Actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan of “Supernatural,” “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Walking Dead” was among those not impressed with President Trump’s comments to the media yesterday where Trump again specifically addressed the violence in Charlottesville, Va. on Saturday:
@realDonaldTrump FUCK YOU. Seriously. Fuck you for everything. Today? Fuck you for making us have to explain racism to our children.
— Jeffrey Dean Morgan (@JDMorgan) August 15, 2017
Did that conversation really just begin with Trump’s election?

Very true. But should we have a need to explain Charlottesville in 2017 to 7 year olds? Or a president that doesn't condemn bigotry?

Others also reminded Morgan that conversations about racism didn’t start on January 20 of this year:
Not apologizing for Trump at all, but.. what? So nothing happened prior to 2017 that we had to explain to children who were too young? Huh? https://t.co/XETlWpNjzv

…..Even though racism existed long BEFORE Trump? How old are your kids?
I've got 4, 7 years old & younger. I haven't spoken about racism. https://t.co/B7JVuz7eTo

Part of the problem:
White liberals thought that by electing Obama they absolved themselves of racism https://t.co/85NDYdGDq7— Buttigieg ♥️ the Tea Party (@heyredrose) August 16, 2017
