Priorities! Obama intervenes in attempt to secure return of DeRay McKesson's backpack

Just a day after criticizing cops at a Dallas memorial service for the five officers who were killed, President Obama hosted #BlackLivesMatter activists including DeRay McKesson, along with law enforcement officials, civil rights leaders and local politicians at the White House. McKesson was arrested Saturday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and released Sunday morning (at which point he offered a negative review of the breakfast he was served). Apparently McKesson left without his backpack, but during yesterday’s meeting with Obama, the wheels were set in motion to secure its return:
