Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-KS), responding to the #MyRightWingBiracialFamily hashtag that exploded after MSNBC’s hateful tweet about the Right and biracial families, tweeted this wonderful photo of his family:

Many of the comments about Huelskamp’s photo were complimentary, but one vile respondent accused him of “borrowing” a black family:

https://twitter.com/ojc1234/status/429016971418419200

Though that was the most hateful and idiotic comment, it didn’t stop there:

https://twitter.com/JrebstockR/status/429016540768243712

So now you’re bigoted for simply showing a picture of your family? If it contributes to destroying a bogus lib stereotype of the Right, absolutely.

A tweet from MSNBC claims the Right doesn’t like biracial families, and Rep. Huelskamp (and many others) had to go ruin the lie with pictures. How dare they!

Look up “party systems.” Fucking useless moron.

        • Joy Rose

Actually, I’ve been studying the parties in depth using a secular, college-level, history textbook with my son as part of his homeschooling, and if “conservative” means “less government power” then you are wrong.

Back when the Democrats called themselves “Republicans” and went up against the Whigs and the Federalists, they kept pushing the notion that the Constitutional limits on the Federal government meant that states could tightly control their people. Basically, instead of using the Federal Government to tyrannize everybody, they were using the State governments as much as they could, because they knew they could get around the Constitution that way.

The first Federal interstate regulations, that part of the Constitution now being used by Democrats to push everything from welfare to control of the healthcare industry, was used to break up Democrat (then Republican by name, so watch for that when you learn your history) state efforts to enact tariffs on each other, prevent free movement in and out of their states, etc.

Then you had Andrew Jackson, whose “people’s government” system increased power to the presidency at the expense of Congress and introduced the system of patronage for political appointees. His legendary parties mostly consisted of the common man expressing his freedom by trashing the White House rather than showing his ability to govern his passions and thus govern himself. I was amazed to see the roots of liberalism showing up so much earlier than I’d initially believed!

It’s really pretty sad when someone who tries to call himself “rationality” is unwilling to consider the possibility that an educated person may disagree with him.

By all means, genius, tell me what’s so conservative about ordering abolitionists to become your slave traders. I must have missed the part where genius meant redefining modern conservatism as “The government forces you to violate personal conscience for the sake of your political enemies”.

The dastardly Fugitive Slave Act, genius, ended all pretense of “small-government” claims by the South. They were interested in “small government” when it meant that they could keep their slaves; they were interested in big government when it meant that they could force other people to help them keep their slaves.

If you’re going to adopt such a shallow and confused view of history, at least have the grace to not embarrass yourself by calling other people stupid!

      • RecklessProcess

That is a lie. I have been around since the fifties. Name me two or three ‘George Wallace’ style democrats who changed parties from democrat to republican. Name them!

Further it is the democrats today who insist that blacks are too stupid to obtain free state voter identification. It is the democrat party today who says blacks are too stupid to compete fairly with other races in university so the racist democrats lower standards for black college entrants vi Affirmative Action. As a result everyone thinks a black doctor who has been held to lower standards cannot ever be as good as a doctor from any other race. Republicans don’t say these kinds of insulting things about any race. We do not think of people in terms of races. Only democrats dwell on race and attempt to create division and friction between the races. Democrats need crisis to ram through their Marxism and totalitarianism.

    • Kritikal2

Well known, but seldom acknowledged fact: The Republican Lincoln could not get the slaves freed by the Congress, even with no southern members still in it during the Civil War. He issued an executive order, the Emancipation Proclamation, which freed no slaves in the United States, because it only applied to the confederate states. Tens of thousands of slaves in the United States, including Washington DC, remained enslaved until the Congress passed and the “reconstructed” states ratified the 13th amendment almost three years later.

Before labeling me as a liberal troll, check the facts and my posting history.

      • avi1952

I guess you didn’t see the movie Lincoln

        • Kritikal2

I guess you don’t read books. Hollywood is a very poor source for facts.
The Emancipation Proclamation pre-dates Lincoln’s 13th amendment struggle with Congress by two years. It freed no slaves in the United States, because his primary goal was to preserve the Union. Freeing the tens of thousands of slaves in the “rump” United States at that point in the war would have resulted in additional secessions and he knew it.
Besides he was very concerned about the potential for France and Great Britain to break their neutrality and enter the war on the side of the confederacy. The Emancipation Proclamation had the additional benefit of clearly making the war about slavery and making the confederate cause unpopular with the French and British publics.

          • avi1952

Lincoln did not have the unilateral authority to free the slaves. Maybe you should read more often

          • Kritikal2

I believe I made that observation in my first post when I said he could not get the slaves freed by the Congress. I was wrong about the slaves in the District of Columbia not being freed until the ratification of the 13th amendment. His compensated emancipation act, passed by the Congress, freed about 3000 slaves in DC, but that did not pose a threat to the Union – DC was not a state. Once again, by his owns words, freeing slaves was not his objective; preserving the Union was. He was willing to do anything toward that end and sacrifice secondary objectives if they threatened it.

          • Calcat36

What is your point? Smearing Lincoln? Why? In his own words: “I do not wish to be misunderstood upon this
subject of slavery in this country. I suppose it may long exist, and perhaps the best way for it to come to an end peaceably is for it to exist for a length of time. But I say that the spread and strengthening and perpetuation of it is an entirely different proposition. There we should in every way resist it as a wrong, treating it as a wrong, with the fixed idea that it must and will come to an end.”

          • Kritikal2

I have no interest in smearing Lincoln. My only point is that precious few people know that the Emancipation Proclamation did not free the slaves for the very reason I and others cited. That required an act of Congress and ratification by the states. The way history is taught, the only opposition to freeing the slaves was in the Confederacy. Obviously, if that were true it would not have taken Lincoln his entire first term and into his second to make it a reality. The Emancipation Proclamation was a brilliant strategic political act that also served to further Lincoln’s personal beliefs without jeopardizing the Union. If you will recall, also in his own words, “If I could preserve the Union by freeing none of the slaves, I would do that.”

          • Sean Barrentine

Correct. While he wanted to free the slaves, being an abolitionist, his primary goal was the stability and preservation of the Union. Everything else took second place.

          • Calcat36

The Kansas-Nebraska Act of 1854 got the whole thing started. That is when democrats wanted to extend slavery in the new territories and half of the union at the time did not want to, which is how Maine came to be a state, by the way. The people that sought to end slavery broke from the democrat party and became republicans. That is what led to October 13, 1858- During Lincoln-Douglas debates, U.S. Senator Stephen Douglas (D-IL) states: “I do not regard the Negro as my equal, and positively deny that he is my brother, or any kin to me whatever.” Douglas became Democrat Party’s 1860 presidential nominee against Lincoln.

I know what Lincoln said, and there are MANY MORE quotes against slavery than the ones you focus on, jut like the liberal indoctrinators in high schools around the Country. He also once said this: “Do the people of the South really entertain fears that a Republican administration would, directly, or indirectly, interfere with their slaves, or with them, about their slaves? If they do, I wish to assure you, as once a friend, and still, I hope, not an enemy, that there is no cause for such fears.” In a letter to Alexander H. Stephens” (December 22, 1860).

The bottom line is that he did indeed free the slaves and was killed by a democrat for doing so, something that is NEVER acknowledged by the left today. The republicans, as Pope stated, freed the slaves and fought for their Civil Rights against unrelenting democrat opposition. They also championed the women’s suffrage movement, and those ladies were strong abolitionists! It is a shame that America does not know what Woodrow Wilson did to suffragettes!

          • Kritikal2

Lincoln was a master at keeping the ship of state secure in troubled waters. What he accomplished had nothing to do with Republican or Democrat. He makes the politicians of our time seem small indeed.

          • Calcat36

What? He became a republican to oppose democrats, got the slaves free, and then the republicans fought the democrats all the way through to the epic 1964 Civil Rights Act that was filibustered by a Klansman!

March 30, 1868- Republicans begin impeachment trial of Democrat President Andrew Johnson, who declared: “This is a country for white men, and by God, as long as I am President, it shall be a government of white men.”

If he were a democrat, you would NEVER type such a thing: “What he accomplished had nothing to do with Republican or Democrat.”

What he did was show the Nation that all men are create equal and that no democrat should hold them as slaves.

Politicians of our time? Want some quotes from prominent democrats and the racist remarks they made against obama, starting with Joe crazy uncle Biden?

          • Kritikal2

Quiz: Who said the following, a Democrat or a Republican?

“I am not, nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races. I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of Negroes, nor qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people. And I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will ever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality. … And inasmuch as they cannot so live, while they do remain together there must be the position of superior and inferior and I as much as any other man am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race.”
It was Lincoln in 1858. Which is why I said that what he did had nothing to do with Republican or Democrat. Trying to make the 1860 party of Lincoln appear to have made a linear and monolithic transition to the Republican party of 2014 distorts reality and obscures the evolution and diversity of both parties.
That said, the Democrat Party at least as far back as LBJ, has been very successful at calling for equality while doing everything in its power to keep African Americans reliant on and subservient to their party.

          • RecklessProcess

During LBJ’s presidency the Republicans authored and passed the Civil Rights Act against democrat filibusters and then the republicans authored and passed the Voter’s Rights Act which was also filibustered by democrats. LBJ famously said, “We’ll have these n*ggers voting democrat for a hundred years.” after he took credit for the Republicans Civil rights victories.

            June 9, 1964
Republicans condemn 14-hour filibuster against 1964 Civil Rights Act by U.S. Senator and former Ku Klux Klansman Robert Byrd (D-WV), who still serves in the Senate

            June 10, 1964
Senate Minority Leader Everett Dirksen (R-IL) criticizes Democrat filibuster against 1964 Civil Rights Act, calls on Democrats to stop opposing racial equality. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 was introduced and approved by a staggering majority of Republicans in the Senate. The Act was opposed by most southern Democrat senators, several of whom were proud segregationists—one of them being Al Gore Sr. Democrat President Lyndon B. Johnson relied on Illinois Senator Everett Dirksen, the Republican leader from Illinois, to get the Act passed.

            August 4, 1965
Senate Republican Leader Everett Dirksen (R-IL) overcomes Democrat attempts to block 1965 Voting Rights Act; 94% of Senate Republicans vote for landmark civil right legislation, while 27% of Democrats oppose. Voting Rights Act of 1965, abolishing literacy tests and other measures devised by Democrats to prevent African-Americans from voting, signed into law; higher percentage of Republicans than Democrats vote in favor

The Republican Party was formed as the Slavery Abolitionist party. Lincoln was the first Republican president. Meanwhile white republicans were being lynched alongside black republicans by democrats.

      • Calcat36

You mean, during the Civil War, when the racist south was not going to give up slavery, right? Here are some well known FACTS in a timeline for you:

April 16, 1862- President Lincoln signs bill abolishing slavery in District of Columbia; in Congress, 99% of Republicans vote yes, 83% of Democrats vote no.

July 17, 1862- Over unanimous Democrat opposition, Republican Congress passes Confiscation Act stating that slaves of the Confederacy “shall be forever free.”

September 22, 1862- The Emancipation Proclamation’s first order, stated that if the rebels did not end the Civil War and rejoin the Union by 1 January 1863, then all slaves in the Confederacy would be freed.

January 1, 1863- Lincoln issued the second order, as the nation approached its third year of a bloody and expensive civil war. This proclamation named the specific states to which the order applied.

January 31, 1865- 13th Amendment banning slavery passed by U.S. House with unanimous Republican support, intense Democrat opposition.

April 8, 1865- 13th Amendment banning slavery passed by U.S. Senate with 100% Republican support, 63% Democrat opposition.

      • Joy Rose

Well-known but seldom acknowledged fact: Lincoln could not get the slaves freed by Congress even during the Civil War *until* it became clear that the South could not be reconciled even by promising them that they could keep their slaves.

However, with the South considering itself a “different country”, the majority of the Union was slave-free or heading in that direction anyways… the states freed their slaves, usually in a careful, thought-out system that included literacy and education for younger blacks while not casting the older ones out into the street to starve. (The reason why a free state may still have had a few hundred slaves is because they were 70-90-year-olds who no longer actually did any labor – it was basically a welfare/retirement/compensation program.

Had the South won and the Union become its own country, no doubt the few remaining holdouts would have bowed to pressure from the other states and followed suit.

This made a freeing of the slaves on a Federal level unnecessary at that time.

The Emancipation Proclamation was brilliant. Ever heard the phrase “Don’t issue an order that you know will be disobeyed”? By issuing an order that he was certain would be obeyed, to a group that claimed to be in full rebellion and separation from his authority, Lincoln made a very clever political move.

It does work both ways…and you already know when someone does something stupid, people like myself (and others here, as you’ve seen) call them down on it.

If the door really swings both ways though…isn’t it time to advocate that liberals stop mewling about when other liberals say something stupid and are held to account, rather than screaming about “faux rage” and the rest of the BS? If it’s going to be good for both…then it should really be good for both all the time, not just when it’s convenient.

Something I would point out though, as an exercise. Let’s take Al Sharpton.

If i were to say “Sharpton is a ninnyhammer, the worst of his kind. He is nothing more than a bloviating baffoon, who bescumbers an argument more than contributes in a discussion, and should *never* be called Reverend. It’s a title he’s neither earned nor deserves.”

Now, put me on a media outlet. Within seconds, I would receive scathing comments about being an evil racist, and how I hate him for his color. It’s not true…I dislike the man because he’s a fool. Stupidity comes in all colors. The problem becomes is that when an (R) says something about a liberal, it automatically is equated to the persons gender, race, or sexual orientation. Me calling Amanda Marcotte a moron isn’t because she’s a woman…it’s because I think she’s a moron.

If there are actual racist slurs and the like..then yes, the apology is warranted and should be called for by those offended. Disagreement and dislike of a person doesn’t need to stem from racism, sexism, or anything akin to it, in order for it to still be valid criticism and critique. The people responsible for the tweet about the picture above, which injects racism blatantly, should apologize for their remark. It, in fact, is racist and injects it directly (edit) without any real need to do so, or because of anything more than the bias of the idiot who posted the tweet.

Well, when saying you like the way the Roberston’s run their business and stick together as a family is now what passes for “homophobic”..

By the way,,,,you seem to fail to grasp the point.

Libs always demand apologies for every little thing, except when they say it.

Most conservatives do not care if libs apologize for the crap they say because it’s never a true apology.

            ..

And don’t bring up Robertson because someone sharing what his experience was and many people twisting it to something he didn’t say isn’t a good example.

A little off topic maybe, but although its not racist many people do like IMPEACH BOBO’s posts with liberal slurs in them but i downvote his comments anytime i see them.

            Same here.

          • Corey Dennison

Wrong. I’ve called out racists who slither onto Twitchy all the time. And I’m not the only one, so the ‘right’ is obviously not ‘fine’ with racism.

As for sexist and ‘homophobic’ remarks…those are extremely subjective terms, and in my opinion don’t rise to the level of the hatred generated by racism.

          • tops116 ✓Quipper

So, you accuse conservatives of certain behavior without naming any examples? Isn’t this how MSNBC got into trouble in the first place?

            -Jesus of Nazareth, Matthew 5:17(NKJV)

The Torah(Old Testament) is quite clear on the matter of homosexuality, and on adultery, and incest, and rape. Sin is sin. When the standard is perfection, the “little white lie” will damn you as surely as the most vile and heinous acts of depravity ever devised. That is what Phil Robertson was saying, equating them all. Later in that same statement, he also added that it isn’t our place to judge the people whether to condemn or not, but to love them as Christ loved us. You seem to have left that part out. Context matters a great deal.

Fox Broadcast Network had a sitcom in the early 90s called True Colors, about a black man married to a white woman. I don’t recall it causing that much a commotion at the time. I watched it, as I did most shows on Fox at the time. It only lasted two seasons.

A bit of trivia, they pulled a “Darren” when they replaced the husband, Frankie Faison, with Blazing Saddles star, Cleavon Little.

      • John Castigo

True story. Usually they do it after blaming Bush. Or guns. Or family values.

    • Amanda Davis

So believe it or not, I just read an article against inter-racial adoption because “Your child should not be your first black friend.” I almost blacked out with rage. Interestingly enough, the blog that posted the article had just days prior, been commenting on the fact that racism exists bc black babies aren’t as highly in demand for adoption as white babies. The cognitive dissonance is painful.

      • http://twitter.com/thetugboatphil TugboatPhil

I recall back in the 90s that there was a group protesting black children being adopted by white parents because the kids would not be raised “in their heritage” or something like that. I don’t recall the group doing the protesting.

        • aztectrumpet

Some people still don’t like that. I think its even been highlighted in some twitchy articles, but don’t quote me on that.

        • Amanda Davis

I vaguely remember something about that as well…and everyone is entitled to their own theories about culture and heritage. The part that sends me over the edge is claiming racism is to blame for lower demand on adopting black babies, (instead of, you know, the difference in population) yet berating white families for adopting black babies. IT MAKES NO SENSE!!!! Sorry about the yelling…its just so stupid.

          • http://twitter.com/thetugboatphil TugboatPhil

It would be nice if all kids were raised to become good citizens in America. The ancestral cultural part isn’t near as important if we are to survive as a republic.

          • Amanda Davis

And it’s not as though we live in an age where you can’t educate your child on ANY culture or topic. Adopt a child from Cambodia? Get your butt on Google and find Cambodian dolls and recipes and movies and history books.

Speaking of cognitive dissonance … read your excellent comment and then please note WhoDat’s comment, underneath this one. (“Just because you have friends and family of another race doesn’t mean you can’t be a racist.”)

        • Amanda Davis

It’s like people go out of their way to create bizarre hypothetical scenarios in which someone COULD be racist. I mean, you could have an in-law or grandchild that you didn’t like bc of race…. Or pretend to be friends with someone of another race to, um, make fun of them? But in general, racist people don’t want much to do with the races they hate.

          • Calcat36

I did not want to go where BBMike went, but the depth of what Whodat typed is utterly disgusting. He is the type of person that see color first and attempts to atone for his racism by pointing at and accusing others.

          • Amanda Davis

I generally scroll past his comments, shaking my head…. No reasoning with some people.

          • Calcat36

I wonder how racism could really exist today if it were not institutionalized by the left and used as a WMD to keep the races segregated. Then blaming the religious right for it!

When I look at your response and the ones above on twitter the first thing that comes to mind is what sheltered lives you and these tweeters must live. They must live in isolated conclaves, and not get much exposure to the greater country at large. It’s the only explanation, I can deduce from these ill thought out ignorant rants. IF It hasn’t happened in their tiny lives ,and they haven’t had first hand experience of a conservative blended families that must mean they are a cultural oddity. Anyone that’s lived long enough, and traveled outside of their own little town, hamlet, or county, get’s that the race baiting the media likes to propagate is just not in snyc with their own personal experience. That’s why I point to these tweeters as the lunatic fringe on the far left. They are way out in left field and don’t appear to have much life experience. If viewing a blended conservative family set’s them off and their response is to tweet something so beeezzar like a man borrowed a black family is even with in the scope of common social norms or that they have had any life experience to make such a claim. It’s a seriously demented out look on how real people live in the real world.

Question, since we know that 0bama has a black father and a white mother, that makes him bi-racial. His children are also, bi-racial are they not? Yet, 0bama states that he chose to be black because it would better serve him. With that said, this statement below, which is coming from a bi-racial by birth person, however chose to call himself black for self-serving purposes yet lives in denial of his actual birth into his white heritage of his own mother and says this:

Source: Taken from 0bama’s book and in his own words: “Dreams From My Father” page 158 of 235 PDF Form:

“It is this world, a world where cruise ships throw away more food in a day
than most residents of Port-au-Prince see in a year,
where white folks’ greed runs a world in need,
apartheid in one hemisphere, apathy in another hemisphere…
That’s the world! On which hope sits!

Just because you claim to be open-minded and tolerant and oh-so-smart because you identify as a liberal doesn’t mean you aren’t as dumb as a fence post.

    • Calcat36

      You are a racist.

    • Corey Dennison

      *sigh*

Okay, WhoDat…let’s go over this slowly:

      — This whole thing stemmed from a stupid-a$$ed tweet from MSNBC stating that somehow conservatives are for some mystic reason upset at the very idea of bi-racial families.

      — Many, many conservative families show actual living proof that MSNBC’s bias is not only inaccurate, but backwards by showing they aren’t just ‘okay’ with bi-racial families, but are actually LIVING the Cheerios commercial

      — And somehow from this, you are still stuck on the idea that somehow they’re still racist for pointing out the inaccuracies to MSNBC

      — Finally, you desperately try to prove your point by saying “well even though they have bi-racial families…it’s still possible for them to be racist!”

Why are you stuck on this? It’s like it’s personal for you to somehow prove that conservatives with bi-racial families are still somehow racists.

What the hell is wrong with you!?!

      • Calcat36

It is programmed to be that way.

    • tops116 ✓Quipper

Wow, you’ve posted some stupid things before, but that one takes the cake.

Just because your a liberal it doesn’t mean you can’t be a racist…

“ur a pathetic person using your children as shields..I put up videos everyday how racist+bigoted your party is+we r attacked”

Let’s just go over several definitions of racism shall we.

    1) biological racism: refers to the holding of an irrational belief that individuals are inferior in regards to intellect or physical abilities predicated solely on the basis of skin color;

    2) institutional racism: an idea which holds that racism is deeply imbedded in major and minor institutions within society; and even if there are no racists in charge of such institutions or working at such institutions, the belief is that the policies and procedures are inherently racist.

A biological racist is easy to spot, their actions and words will reveal their feelings. Institutional racism however, is more difficult to determine, and charges of institutional racism are leveled normally with the use of statistical data which is usually lacking in explanations of identifiable variations. That is, two or more numbers are usually compared, and then a conclusion is drawn. No attempt is made to reconcile any variables that may appear nor is an explanation given for the presence of variables which may call into question the initial conclusion.

    • Mark81150 Never/Trump/Hillary

“I put up videos everyday how racist+bigoted your party is+we r attacked”
      —————-

That gives away the game entirely as to why that black lady got so incensed, he’s destroying her narrative. Besides.. what video’s of what racism?

Her youtube rants?… made up accusations?.. some rube somewhere being racist, and she just happens to KNOW what party they’re in?.. because we didn’t support Obamacare in Congress?

If that is the definition many blacks use to define racism, as being opposed to leftists, some of whom are black, you’re dealing with weapons grade hatred irrational to it’s core.

The woman’s an idiot.. hating conservative mixed race families is only the tip of that iceberg of crazy. The worst, absolute worst openly racist person I ever met, was the wife of a black airman I served with. He invited us over for a beer, and three white airmen walked into their living room only to catch a blast of obscentities you’d expect in a porn film. She threw things, screamed, ranted and ran storming into the kitchen..

I asked Mac if we should leave, not really knowing what was wrong. He told us, he married her in Chicago before enlisting, she’d never lived outside an all black neighborhood, never knew any white people at all.. but was certain we were all the devil.. cause that’s what many of them tell each other.. I had a bit of sympathy for Mac after that, that he fell for a girl that twisted and hateful..

After that we never met him off duty at his home again.

His wife didn’t want us to stink up the place.. or something.. my first exposure to outright racial hatred. Can you guess which party she was in?

      • Isaac Clark

Was she in the Green Party? No in kidding, in all seriousness though, it’s a really sad state of affairs when you get lambasted that way. I almost feel sorry for her, because she never had the opportunity to understand what life was like outside of Chicago and Chicago politics. It almost seems like she never even gave herself the chance. The only thing you can do in those situations is to pray for the person, and in that case your fellow Airmen as well (if praying is your thing). We live in a wonderful country, of this there is no doubt. Its just a shame many cannot look past the issue of race.

  • Bison70

All of these are nonsensical, but that’s because they come from the same paranoid impulse that prompted the original MSNBC tweet.

That last one is vexing. The original tweet was about right-wing reaction to a depiction of a biracial family, and he appropriately pointed out his right wing status and his biracial family. The post very much was about him and the other posters to #rightwingbiracialfamilies.

  • SuzyQue

I give up trying to reason with them. There are times I just cannot find the words to express my outrage. This is one of those times.

  • MNWoman

By the way, have we determined if calling white people “crackers” is racist?

    • H50 ✓RAT

      Why yes, yes it is.*

      * Unless your in a certain area of Florida.
*Cracka has been determined to be a term of endearment when said by a black to a white.
      * And who cares, your white, ya got it coming.

      • Sean Barrentine

lol Florida-born and raised, never been called that one. Although, that’s north Florida that it refers to, I think. I’m from the Panhandle, so a bit further west.

        • H50 ✓RAT

I was referring to a ridiculous assertion made by the libbies about Floridas use of the word cracker as a common term of endearment.

Glad to get the calling B/S input from a local tho!

          • Sean Barrentine

Yeah, originally, it referred to Georgians that, when Florida became a U.S. territory, moved south, bringing their slaves(as most of them were wealthy planters looking to increase their land holdings) with them. After the 13th amendment, it began changing to mean essentially the white person equivalent of n*gger. Believe me, I’ve live in northwest, north, and southwest Florida, and I’ve only ever heard the term at best used in a neutral manner, and usually an insult.

          • H50 ✓RAT

LOL, thanks for the history of it. Kinda hard to see it as a term of endearment like Salon(?) was trying to promote, no matter how you slice it.

          • Sean Barrentine

I never heard that bit, actually. They clearly are full of horse dung, though. Idiots trying to say a word means this when it doesn’t, and never has. Even when it pertained specifically to that group, it wasn’t overly kind as a term, like a Southerner calling someone a Yankee, save that even that can be said in a joking manner these days, if to a friend or someone from New England. Not sure if you get those references or not, since Hawaii’s kinda removed from all that cultural terminology. I imagine you get the general idea, though.

          • H50 ✓RAT

LOL, I get the gist of what your saying. We have our own special terms too.

It was during the Zimmerman trial when the girlfriend was testifying and calling whites crackers. They were trying to spin away her racism, natch.

          • Sean Barrentine

lol Yeah, I heard all about that one. Guess no one told her Zimmerman was Hispanic. White typically means of European descent, so the only way he could have been a “white Hispanic” is if he were a Spaniard, and 1) he wasn’t, 2) Spaniards, if I recall, don’t consider themselves Hispanics.

          • H50 ✓RAT

I think calling a Spaniard a Hispanic is an insult all its own.
Kind of like calling a Japanese a Korean is here. Every culture has a pecking order.

          • Sean Barrentine

            I’d sooner call a Scotsman a Brit.

          • H50 ✓RAT

Either way, your gonna get you tushie kicked.

    • Maryland_Malcontent

I’m not even sure if we’ve nailed down what “cracker” even means. I’ve long heard that it was a reference to the overseers scourging slaves, and if that’s what it means then it being used as an anti-white slur seems laughably ironic.

…though after the TM trial, I don’t think that anyone knows what it really means o_0

    • TeaPartyLee

They have a problem with your black grandchildren. Their problem is the fear that those grandchildren will grow up to be conservatives, and therefore happy and successful human beings. The left wants them to grow up to be leftists, buy in to the lie that they are victims because of their complexion, engage in self-limiting and self-destructive behaviors, and then blame the consequences of those behaviors on mythical white bigots.

      • j p✓ʳᵉᶠʳᶦᵉᵈ

No I didn’t. I mean race baiting feeds the atmosphere of racism and worsens the suffering. Here you see a picture of a family wher they are practicing real “color blindness” and they are attacked. For racism to diminish people need to focus on character no matter the color. I think there is a thug/gangster culture out there that is causing harm to the race relations. Just like when a corrupt televangelist is caught in some despicable act and the public learns to distrust them, people observe the behavior of this thug culture and associate it with people who don’t deserve it. My issue is with the defending and embracing of that culture

        • j p✓ʳᵉᶠʳᶦᵉᵈ

Cont.: as a racial heritage above reproach rather than calling good good and bad bad. It seems so many who are crying out against racism are being counterproductive in the goal they claim to seek. The us and them mentality is only being reinforced. The issue over that picture is a striking example of the hypocrisy.

  • LegalizeShemp

Remember folks, liberal Democrats are teaching our kids in the public schools, universities and media that conservatives are vicious racists, sexists and homophobes who are driving down the street looking for brown people to lynch, women to rape and gays to assault. That’s how desperate they are to dehumanize the opponents of Marxism and launch attacks on them from the unhinged Left.

  • azdiamondbax

Democrats, liberals/progs opposed and lobbied against the 13th, 14th, 15th Amendments while there was virtual 100% Republican sponsorship/support. Add to that it took the GOP to overcome JFK and LBJ”s opposition to the Civil Rights Act of ’64 and its easy to see where the hijacked narrative began in public ‘education’ via unions. O/T

Maybe a Proglodyte can explain something to me: According to Spokeskid and serial liar Jay Carney, Benghazi happened a long time ago. The implication is, it’s not really an issue anymore because of its age.

If the Left accepts that as true, then why cling to racism? Wasn’t slavery abolished a long time ago? Weren’t blacks given the right to vote a long time ago? And by “a long time,” I mean DECADES longer, if not over a CENTURY longer, than Benghazi?

isn’t the intellectual disconnect amazing? It would be funny, if it weren’t actually happening in real life.

Right. Farrakan called obama the ME-ssiah. And the left ran with it. Evan Thomas, Assistant Managing Editor of Newsweek magazine says that, “Obama is like God”. As if that weren’t enough, Chris Matthews gets in a quick, “uh-huh” in agreement.

          • Cory

What does Farrakhan have to do with me? I don’t even know how that contributes to the conversation. There’s only one Messiah so bringing up these other people is irrelevant in my book.

          • Calcat36

Maybe you should realize that your party does not agree with you on that.

          • Cory

Libertarians don’t have a view on religion.

          • Calcat36

            You type for ALL libertarians?

          • Cory

            Nope I type for myself.

          • Calcat36

So you want to run around in circles now? You posted this:

            −Libertarians don’t have a view on religion.

That is a lie. Does your Word warn you about bearing false witness?

          • Cory

.”…Against thy neighbor” What is the Libertarian view on religion?

          • Calcat36

            Proverbs 19:5.

According to YOU, libertarians have no view on religion, and once again, that is ignorant of you to post.

          • Cory

The Libertarian party platform does not have a view on religion. I don’t know how that’s ignorant. I did not think I had to specify that for you my friend.

          • Calcat36

Please explain what this really means then.

Libertarians don’t have a view on religion.

          • Cory

The party platform. I don’t understand why this is hard for you to understand my friend.

          • Calcat36

Because that is NOT what your original post reads, and now I understand how you troll. Libertarians = people who are libertarians. Libertarian Party Platform does not mean all libertarians share that particular view.

            But you knew that.

          • Cory

I troll because I expect a certain level of knowledge from the readers? Lol. Ok. I’m sorry for overestimating your smarts. I won’t do that again my friend. The point doesn’t change though, The platform doesn’t have a view on religion.

          • Calcat36

You move goal posts. You can read what you wrote and now you know you got caught. Thanks for the troll-ducation. Libertarian DO have a view on religion. Ask Glenn Beck and Rand Paul. Ron Paul used to, until he changed his affiliation as he changed his party affiliation to suit his image.

            Nice playing with you.

          • Cory

Glenn Beck and Rand Paul isnt a party platform lol.

          • Calcat36

I never said that they were. They are libertarians with a belief in God. But you knew that.

          • Cory

I’m a libertarian and I believe in God lol. So yes I did know that. You’re a funny guy.

          • Calcat36

            I did not know that.

          • Cory

It was mentioned in my previous posts lol. You’ve been having trouble with them all day.

          • Calcat36

No, I have not. I understand them clearly.

          • Cory

I’ll write down to your level next time my friend. Make it plain for you.

          • Calcat36

            Thank you kindly, Sir.

          • Cory

            God bless.

          • Calcat36

Th GOP does have racists in it. One was even a candidate for the 2012 election.

          • TocksNedlog

The ‘Libertarian Party platform’ is PRO-CHOICE. There are some who would say that THAT is a “view” on religion.

          • Cory

Also Proverbs 19:5 is not the same verse you were quoting before.

          • Calcat36

No, preacher. The first was a commandment. Proverbs is a little more detailed. But you knew that already.

          • Cory

That’s what I just said lol.

          • Calcat36

No it is not what you said, but you knew that. For someone, like whodat that claims to follow the Word (assuming here that you mean the Bible as the Word of God because you are intentionally vague) you sure do go to great lengths to deceive.

            But you knew that.

          • Cory

In my post I said those were not the same verses. I know you’re smarter than that. How did I deceive? And yes I mean the Word of God. I also noticed you still haven’t admitted to racists in your party.

          • Calcat36

            GOP is not my party.

          • Cory

By the way you defend them, it makes me question that statement.

          • Calcat36

            I never defended them.

          • Cory

You still haven’t admitted to the racism in your party. You’re defending them.

          • Calcat36

            I am not defending them.

          • Cory

Look man I understand that’s who you support. It’s cool.

          • Calcat36

            I do not support them.

        • NCRelite

You should listen to Rush, he’d undo a lot of the brainwashing you’ve undergone

          • Cory

I’m good, I’ll just listen to the Word.

          • NCRelite

Good for you. I am a student as well. Just stop listening to the lies.

          • Calcat36

And post ignorant things on a political website. How is that working out for you? Not too good.

          • Cory

It’s ignorant that I believe in God? Well I’m gladly ignorant.

          • Calcat36

God is one thing. Politics is another. You deflect.

          • Cory

What did I deflect? You just said I posted ignorant things, after I posted about God lol.

        • TocksNedlog

          Absolutism. Always absolutely meaningless.

          • Cory

That’s what many on this chat are doing?

          • TocksNedlog

YOU asking the question, “Are you telling me that there are no racists in the GOP?” NO ONE here has made that claim.

        • Fred Doe

Post it! If you have anything at all, which I don’t believe.

    • NCRelite

It’s not hard at all, we experience their hatred daily on the internet. Btw Obama is everyone’s president

    • TocksNedlog

“THEY HAVE a black president” is a very telling way of putting it.

      • Cory

A lot of Republicans say Obama isn’t their president.

        • Calcat36

A lot of democrats say the same thing. More and more each day as they realize that he is not the ME-ssiah they were waiting for.

          • Cory

All presidents are my president even if I don’t vote for them.

          • Calcat36

Good for you. There are a lot of libertarians that do not like obama because of the color of his skin.

          • Cory

            And they are racists too.

          • Calcat36

            I did not say that.

          • Cory

I didn’t say you did lol.

          • Calcat36

I did not say that you did.

          • Cory

Then what’s the point of posting it.

          • Calcat36

            The point of posting what?

          • Cory

            It.

          • Calcat36

            It? I never said that.

          • Cory

            I doubt that.

          • Calcat36

            You doubt what?

          • Cory

            Precisely.

          • Calcat36

            What is precisely?

          • Cory

            Yep.

          • Calcat36

            Yep? What does Yep mean?

          • Cory

            It means yep.

          • Calcat36

By yep, you agree that jesus is a fraud.

            Good for you.

          • Cory

I don’t think He wrote bad checks lol.

          • Calcat36

It is obvious that you do not think.

          • Cory

            I did not say that.

            What?

          • Cory

            Yes

          • Calcat36

Finally! You admit that there is only one true god! allah!

          • Cory

            What’s an allah?

          • Calcat36

            Why do you hate Muslims?

          • Cory

            I love Muslims

          • Calcat36

            You just hate their god.

          • Cory

What do you mean, we all have the same God.

          • Calcat36

Why are you being so offensive?

          • Cory

Well that’s what I played in high school. WR to be exact.

          • Calcat36

Where did I say you went to high school?

          • Cory

            I did say that.

          • Calcat36

What did you mean by that?

          • Cory

            Exactly.

          • Calcat36

            What is exactly?

          • Cory

            Yep

          • Calcat36

            Yep?

          • Cory

Well I’m glad we agree. Have a great day.

          • Calcat36

            Racist.

          • Texas_gal_4ever

            Riiiiiiiight
I’m sure you just loved and adored Bush as president,

          • Cory

Actually I did. He’s a fellow Texan and Cowboys fan.

          • Calcat36

Who is a fellow Texan and Cowboy fan?

          • Cory

            George W. Bush

          • Calcat36

Why do you hate George W. Bush?

          • Cory

I love him. You gotta love everybody if you want to see Jesus.

          • Calcat36

You love whom? What does Jesus have to do with anything?

          • Cory

I love everybody. Jesus is everything.

          • Calcat36

How can you love everybody? Who is Jesus?

          • Cory

            Google Him

          • Calcat36

            Goo goo whom?

          • Cory

            I agree.

          • Calcat36

You agree that jesus is fake?

          • Cory

            Nope.

          • Calcat36

Libertarians do not believe in god. You said so.

          • Cory

Lol. I agree you did say that.

          • Calcat36

I did not say that. The party platform said it.

          • Cory

Jesus is real my friend. I hope you find Him.

          • Calcat36

            Where does he live?

          • Cory

            In our hearts.

          • Calcat36

So, he is not really real then.

          • Cory

            He is real.

          • Calcat36

            Prove it.

          • Cory

            I have.

          • Calcat36

            What do you have?

          • Cory

            Love

          • Calcat36

            What is love?

          • Cory

            Love that song

          • Calcat36

            What song?

          • Cory

            True

          • Calcat36

It is true. jesus is allahs prophet. jesus is not god.

          • Cory

            Not in my Bible

          • Calcat36

The bible is fake. The Quran is the only word of the one true god, allah.

          • Cory

No Quran is a name of a little boy in my moms class.

          • Calcat36

I have seen that racist comment before. Why do you hate little boys named Quran?

        • TocksNedlog

It’s telling in the sense that it implies patronage.

          • Cory

            I reckon

          • Calcat36

            What do you reckon?

          • Cory

            Yes.

          • Calcat36

            Yes? What does yes mean?

          • Cory

            It means yes.

          • Calcat36

So you admit to being a racist and that jesus is not real? Finally.

            Good on you.

          • Cory

No sir that’s what you believe. I hope you realize that Jesus is real.

          • Calcat36

Can you have your friend send me a letter?

          • Cory

Yeah I can send you a Bible. Where do you want it sent?

          • Calcat36

The Bile is not real. Written by crazy white men.

          • Cory

Bile is real, I see it after I remove gallbladders.

        • Acethepug

Interesting. A lot of Democrats (some of which actually held public office at the time) said the same of Bush.

So, are you saying that making those comments automatically makes one racist?

Why is it that a Black man (to be fair, a half-black man) cannot be judged just like anyone else? Why is it racist to hold him accountable for his policies and the results of those policies?

I would argue that it IS the Left who is racist. They imply that, because of the color of Barack Obama’s skin, he cannot be held accountable for anything. That certainly sounds more racist to me that someone saying Obama
isn’t their President (certainly so without any context).

          But keep playing concern troll!

          • Cory

I didn’t know all Republicans were white lol. That’s news to me. I never said Dems didn’t say that about Bush, I don’t understand what that has to do with anything.

          • Acethepug

You know exactly what it has to do with your point. But since it doesn’t serve your narrative, you simply ignore it.
I’m done with you, but feel free to post again and “win” if you like. We both know you have no real arguments to offer, or you would have done so before now.

          • Cory

I didn’t mention race in my post that you first commented on. I didn’t say white Republicans said that, I said Republicans. You’re the one who put race in it my friend. Relax, it’s not that serious.

          • Calcat36

            What did you say?

          • Cory

            Yes

          • Cory

            Again another straw man.

        • mtwzzyzx

Obama called most of us ‘the enemy’. Hard for me to see him as my president when he has told me he isn’t.

        • Corey Dennison

And a lot of Republicans said Clinton wasn’t their president–the same way damn near every liberal said Bush was not theirs. See how that works?

    • Texas_gal_4ever

      No, no we are not

    • Elizabeth Fisher

Black voters probably make up way less than 20% of the voting population. So what color was Obama when he was elected in 2008 and 2012?

      • Cory

Black and white. Same as before.

        • Calcat36

          Why are you being racist?

          • Cory

I’m racist because I’m black? Lol. What does that mean?

          • Calcat36

            Who said you were black?

          • Cory

            My skin.

          • Calcat36

            What skin?

          • Cory

            Exactly

          • Calcat36

What is Exaclt? I do not understand.

          • Cory

Exactly is a word. It means affirmation.

          • Calcat36

Is it? You still have not explained what the word you typed means.
            Cory Calcat36

            Exaclt

          • Cory

Yeah I see you didn’t see the edit I made right afterwards lol.

          • Calcat36

            What edit?

          • Cory

            The edit.

          • Calcat36

            What edit? You edited The?

          • Cory

            Exactly

          • Calcat36

            Precisely?

          • Cory

            Both

          • Calcat36

You are both a racist and a crazy jesus freak?

          • Cory

            Those two can’t be synonymous.

          • Calcat36

They are not synonymous. Two different afflictions of weak people like you.

          • Cory

            I’m weak because I’m a Christian? That’s cool.

          • Calcat36

            I did not say that.

          • Acethepug

Now, that’s very interesting. Which of the posters here decided to bring your race into this?

Why, I beleve it was you, concern troll.

Why did you feel the need to do that?

Oh, so you could claim that you simply cannot be racist.

All you did was prove that you are deeply stupid.

Do you know what racism actually is?

It’s showing preference (or denying same) to someone based solely on race.

Blacks can most certainly be racist, and we have seen this with Obama being elected. We have seen this with Eric “my people” Holder’s own words.

You can certainly imply that blacks cannot be racist. You would simply be wrong.

          • Cory

A troll is a doll my friend. I’ve never said blacks can’t be racist so stop the straw man lol. So now you believe I’m stupid because I’m black? There are educated blacks my friend and I am one of them. Don’t let the media shape your mind frame about us.

    • Acethepug

      BWAHAHAHAHAHA!

      That’s … that’s just precious, concern troll.

See, the Left has been trotting out the “racist!” claim to anyone and everyone who has the audacity to disagree with Obama. And they do this while calling people like Mia Love and Colonel West sellouts and Uncle Toms. They do this while saying conservatives have a problem with mixed-race marriages. They do this while attacking Stacey Dash for backing Romney.

To then say it’s hard to call the Left racist means you’re either outright lying, or so incredibly stupid that I genuinely wonder how you mastered the intricacies of the keyboard in order to post here.

The Left EMBRACES racism, it nurtures it so it will thrive, so it can continue to be used to divide the populace, to promote the grievance-mongering of people like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Barack Obama.

Yeah, it’s really hard to call the Left racists. Especially when you are a concern troll …

      • Calcat36

I hope you can appreciate the sequence of posts below. Whenever you bring a point he cannot refute, he goes into deflection, then plays victim by asking an unrelated or stupid question. I had to play it out because I wanted to see where bottom was once I understood what it was up to.

He trolls by talking in circles and then denying what he posts when you reply. Hope the MODS let it slide this time.

        Good luck.

  • jabberwocky

damn, some people are just so freaken dumb

  • whateverdear

Aw, all those bogus racist theories destroyed by some big ol’ facts. Boo-hoo! Cry harder, Libtards.

    This liberal racism is INSTITUTIONALIZED!

State Dept. Webcast Features Guest Who Called Clarence Thomas, Condi Rice ‘Uncle Toms’

The State Department is presenting a global webcast on February
4, titled “From the Street to Mainstream: The Evolution of Rap/Hip Hop
Music.” The host of the webcast, rapper and State Department Music
Ambassador Toni Blackman, will be joined by Pras Michel, a founding
member of the hip hop group the Fugees, to discuss “how rap and hip hop
have increased social awareness of the African-American experience — and
raised even broader issues in contemporary society.” Some of Michel’s
more inflammatory comments in the past raise questions about the
appropriateness of his appearance with the U.S.’s music ambassador on a
government-sponsored webcast representing America to the world.

It’s quite interesting (and sad) that people on the left look at that photo and see only skin color rather than just seeing a happy and loving family. It’s unreal.

  • http://baldilocks-talking.blogspot.com/ Juliette Akinyi Ochieng

God bless the Huelskamps for giving those kids a loving family and a stable home.

  • CLEmom

Noticing the disturbing trend of liberals and Obama supporters being the most vile, hateful, foul-mouthed contributors to social media.

  • Obama my Nigga

So [email protected] should also send a tweet to princess Obama: you fucking borrowed a victims family for a photo op? What a dick!

  • Marvin Nelson

Hey [email protected], so Oblamer has never used children or adults as props? Seems that Newtown rings a bell there. His administration uses both kids and adults frequently. But that’s okay, because it’s Obummer. Not so okay if a conservative posts his real family to send a message to MSNBC. You are obviously another boot-licking BHO butt sniffer. Put your head back up your butt and go back under your bridge.

    • Calcat36

He brought one of his daughters into the BP oil spill with a story about her going into the bathroom while he was shaving and asking him if he plugged the BP oil spill yet. She was 5 years old or so. Could be wrong on the age, but she was too young to know.

Your issue would be with their parents. They agreed. At the end of the day, however, I suspect that some of these people are indeed trolling and not truly serious.

  • Memphis Viking

Liberals are so desperate to convince themselves and others that conservatives are racist that they take any evidence to the contrary as proof that we’re just trying to cover up our racism. They literally claim that adopting black children is proof of a white conservative’s racism.

  • The Phantom

Facts just enrage the Left. They can’t stand that there’s an Objective Universe that doesn’t allow for “nuance”.

  • Yesiamapirate

    Yeah, but that’s different. /s

  • http://www.facebook.com/aemoreira81 aemoreira81

If they thought that they were “borrowed”, they should have done their research first. Anyone who did their research would have discovered that Tim Huelskamp’s children are actually children that he and his wife formally adopted…they’re not borrowed. (FWIW, Tim Huelskamp and his wife do not have any biological children of their own.)

To the mods: could you please clean out the @disqus_ss1ZJQYXib:disqus and @disqus_SZh9GFJwXI:disqus post war below? It’s cluttering the comments.

@2nddivisionvet:disqus – false equivalence. They weren’t attacked because of their heritage. There are other grounds for outrage, but that’s pretty lousy.

  • http://www.wtpcnews.com/ We the People

You are only bigoted for showing a pic of your family if that pic doesn’t fit the lefts narrative. Typical left wing nuggets

  • http://baldilocks-talking.blogspot.com/ Juliette Akinyi Ochieng

[email protected] has very few followers. Not even leftists want to see her idiocy on their timelines.

    • Kim Hunt

That usually means it’s a troll account. People create them to attack with hate. It’s really their true self. They have a mask on for their friends, acquaintances and family.

  • lessthantolerant

    The left is simply vile.

  • paulainsc

The Lefts hate and 2 faced bigotry has got to stop! Why can’t others on the Left see this? Are they to blinded by hate and bigotry? Are they to puffed up with their own importance? Do they want everyone to mire in the mud with them?

  • neoface

This is just to show ya, black people are just as racist as any race, so stop being a hypocrite, social maggots and Obama zombies. Be your own superman and make your lives better.

  • Marcy Cook

Next they will accuse white people of adopting black children to indoctrinate them to the conservative mindset…..wait….that might not be a bad idea.

  • John

Borrowed? They are his children. The left knows no limits.

  • badbadlibs

The left hate it when their lies are exposed. They live in a world of hate and hypocrisy. When it is exposed, it gets their hackles up and the demon within screams out in protest.

  • dreamweaver55

I bet 75% of the left suffers from narcissistic personality disorder. they always rage just like one when the truth is not something they want to see. In Black and White
The lefties in my family tree all suffer like this.

  • Texan357
    • mondolibre

“I don’t know, put a matching tie on some random black kid!!”

said the White House Propaganda Minister.

    • John Bradley

Wait, when did Gary Coleman get elected to Congress?

      • Casca

That’s Al Sharpton…..he really is a little prick

    • Casca

And creepy Uncle Jo slowly tightens his grip on the little kid , whispering to him ” Wanna play Woody Allen ?”

  • Miss Smarty

Yes, Letzy, prove to us how only white folds are nasty bigots and racists with your lovely tweet.

  • Landra Thomas

I’m on the right, and my family is biracial also. I see nothing wrong with him posting a picture of his family, whatever his reasons were for doing it. The only wrong I see are the attacks being made on him by ignorant people.

  • bobbymike34

It is funny, yet the shear ignorance is chilling, MSNBC accuses conservatives of not liking a biracial family in an advertisement SO a Republican shows his biracial family AND HE IS STILL A RACIST.
They are friggin sick in the head!

  • USUKBALLZCBS

Funny…her name was Sarah when she sent the tweet. Why change your name to Amy??

  • Kathleen Smythe

The hate from the left is so vicious and cruel.

    • Casca

      And constant

  • anna4sarah

    The left are the bigots

  • Guest

they weren’t screaming about a politician using his family when NYC’s new mayor (yuck) was running… How does that work? If a Socialist marries a person of a different race they are amazing but if a Conserve has a biracial family they are a bigot??? It’s MHP ALL over again. Grow up libs, you are the racists and the bigots. You attack children of politicians all the time because you have NO HONOR. You can’t debate the issues so you abuse your opponent.

    • Liberius

The Statist Left can’t win an argument on logic or past results, so they always go for emotion and personal destruction. They bury the message with some great crisis, play the victim card, or kill the messenger. Those are the methods of an intellectually bankrupt philosophy, it can’t stand on substance because it has none.

  • AWCheney

These rude, heartless “screamers” will never be color blind…they will always see color first. I have no doubt that Martin Luther King is looking down with tears in his eyes wondering why so few of HIS OWN people actually embraced his message…and how it was that THEY became the bigots.

    • Independent Voter

Like how Martin Luther would likely not recognize the church that bears his name.

  • François-René

As an Anglo-German-Scot-Native American, with Cuban nephews, we all get together at Thanksgiving so we can roll in the hate. Race is dead, after this affirmative-action president. Race is dead, as it should be, in America. Ask me about my grand Constitution.

  • Ernie kaputnik

Waiting for somebody on the left to criticize Obama next time he takes a picture with a white family. Oh, wait a minute, he’s half-white. Will they criticize him the next time the White Hut posts a picture of him with his wife and daughters? Does that count as borrowing a black family, too?

  • Kim Hunt

A black man that gets it, and calls out the left and the “community leaders” is David Carroll. Follow him on YouTube. You won’t regret it.

  • Skyking239

This is an image of Matt Bevins the Tea Party GOP opponent of Senator McConnel in Ky.

Four of his nine kids are adopted black children.

  • Independent Voter

The left just throws excrement against the wall, hoping that some will stick.

  • David

Leftists hate it when blacks are borrowed from the democrat plantation. Once tasting freedom, these borrowed blacks may not go back.

  • Casca

Wonder what Letzy thinks of the Cheerios commercial ?

  • Cpt. States

The individualist conception is similar to chemistry in the sense that the whole is made up of many parts, such as individual atoms.
