That’s possibly the best summary of the latest tweet from MSNBC’s Ed Schultz, who could be feeling especially Obama-friendly and tingly after being moved to Chris Matthews’ former time slot:

Conservatives pushing for war in Syria? Is Schultz just assuming that President Obama isn’t pushing for war in Syria because the Nobel Peace Prize prevents such a thing?

Tweeters reminded Schultz that if an attack is launched on Syria, President Obama will be the one making the decision to do so, and he is not a conservative:

Ed Schultz is proof that the Left can still pretend George W. Bush is president when their delusions require it.

  • Brian Cates

Yes folks, Ed Schultz really *DOES* think his target audience is THIS stupid.

Think about that for a minute.

    • Clayton Grant

      Actually, he KNOWS they are.

      • Clete Torres

He really should hold his family in higher esteem.

      • Catchance

Sadly, that was exactly my thought.

    • AMERICAN Kafir™(KAdams)

You kinda need a brain before you can think. Ed’s just reading what he’s told to read.

    • Lance Combs

Ed Schultz is really this stupid.

Ed Schultz is really this stupid.

Thinks? They are just for watching.

Isaac Morrison’s Tweet is beautiful. Pure poetry.

  • LegalizeShemp

These libs need to start smoking less potent weed.

    • Doug Dodge

I don’t know…I’ve known stoner’s with more brains than Ed

    • therealguyfaux

Said the poster with the handle that can be read “Legalizes Hemp.”

  • Gary

Too bad I never listen to Ed Schultz so I can turn him off.

    • Rape Culture Coterie

Is it just me, or does Ed Schultz remind one of Chris Farley from his Tommy Boy days?

      • LinTaylor

I think you owe the late Mr. Farley an apology.

  • Rape Culture Coterie

Ed Schultz is the very model of the modern day liberal. Idiots like him think they can say anything and his small devoted flock will just scream for more. The morons at MMFA are made from this fiber. Why we aren’t knocking the socks off of these simpletons is something I still don’t quite understand.

    • Spiny Norman

Isn’t MMFA where Ed gets his talking points?

  • RblDiver

Because O HATES using drones, it’s those eeeeevil conservatives who force him to do so right?

  • JeffWRidge

Yes, in the mind of lefties it’s always those on the right who want to start wars. Their heroes are never the war-mongering aggressors. They live in a fantasy land all their own.

    • ObamaFail

Just like they claim it’s the right who treats women like objects, while ignoring the facts that it’s Democrats fondling their staffers. Ignoring the fact Obama pays his female staff less than the male.

    • Jay Stevens

Well, of course. We know that it will not be Obama. After all, he has the Peace Prize.

  • BoscoBolt

List of “CONSERVATIVES” pushing for WAR with Syria …

    – obama
    – Joe Biden
    – John McCain
    – Nancy Pelosi
    – Dianne Feinstein
    – John Kerry
    – Lindsey Graham
    – etc.

Yeah, those darn “conservatives” are at it again!

    • Clete Torres

      You forgot Defective Secretary Hagel.

    • Kimihiro Watanuki

Why’d you have to bring up that scum bag Graham, Bosco. We’re trying hard to get rid of him, but it’s an uphill battle. Your list does prove Sgt. Schultz a liar because he “…knows nothinink!!!!”

  • Peyton

What’s worse is minutes before that he tweeted a poll asking if conservatives were the new confederacy.

    • Kimihiro Watanuki

I want to act shocked, but I’m not.

  • Richard J Sunkle

“Kinetic Military Action” – or as I like to call it, Strategic Dementia.

  • waltermitty2012

After all, it was conservatives who ordered the military to come up with plans to attack Syria. It was conservatives who said the use of chemical weapons would change their calculus about Syria. And, it was conservatives who laid down the red line in the first place. It’s all the fault of conservatives.

    • Clete Torres

Why do you think 0bama called it a ‘red line?’

  • peteee363

I never knew Obama was a conservative!

  • Clete Torres

What is it with liberals? Why are so many of them so unhappy?

    • Guest

Obama hasn’t gotten to completely become a king and hasn’t gotten to round up and execute anyone with an opposing view, so they are all unhappy.

    • Lance Combs

Serious answer: It is bitterness, jealousy, and resentment that drives people to a leftist worldview. They are unhappy, by nature. Once they get over themselves, they can look beyond their own noses and see that conservatism starts to make sense.

      • MrSnuggles2k2

And angry. Two of my cousins are rabidly liberal freaks, and anyone that dare disagree with them is immediately tagged a neo nazi with genocidal intentions.

One is divorced after his wife had an affair, the other grew up an only child with divorced parents and is morbidly narcissistic.

Ed Schultz is so dumb when he went to take the 44 bus he took the 22 twice
Ed Schultz is so dumb when he saw the NC-17 (under 17not admitted) sign he went home and got 16 friends
I had to correct the second one, I guess that makes me as dumb as Ed Schultz.

  • Spasmolytic

I use to think Ed Schultz was delusional but I now realize he’s just a moron with a big mouth.

  • MrApple

When I saw the picture of Ed I thought that he reminded me of something from my youth. And then I it came to me that he looked like the a**hole older brother Chet in the movie “Weird Science”.

  • PistolsForPandas

    [channeling Ed Schultz]

Reading up on stuff before commenting on it is for Teabaggers and RepukkkliCONS!

  • Maxx

It has to be killing Chris Matthews to have lost his 5 pm gig to this imbecile.

    • Spiny Norman

      A slap in the face.

(Although Chrissy might like that… )

    • ObamaFail

It’s okay. Chris Matthews is still getting to fluff Obama before every speech. So he couldn’t be happier!

  • JR48

The right’s push for war? We don’t even know what his rationale is for thinking about doing this.

Btw, someone pass Ed his happy pills and remind him that the President is a liberal democrat. Thanks.

    • ObamaFail

MSDNC is getting their spin going before the US does anything in Syria. That way if Obama causes a big mess by putting us in there, they can start blaming Republicans and the dumbest of the dumb in this country will fall for it.
I can see Bathing Suit Area and Michael S. now! They’ll say, “Obama is a man of peace. IF the Republicans didn’t make him deal with Syria, we wouldn’t be in this mess!”

  • John Alvarado

Ed Schultz is very dumb and this is just one of the many ways he proves it. His worst moment when he was prayed for Dick Cheney to die.

    • JGoolsby

Not only is he stupid, he’s an asshole….a very bad combination.

  • dunst43

They don’t call him Special Ed for nothing.

  • ObamaFail

So it’s Conservatives fault that Obama wants to take action with Syria? Let me guess. It was BUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

  • ObamaFail

This is the same idiot who, along with the rest of the jackasses at MSNBC, credit Obama with ending the US’ involvement in the Middle East. Ignoring the fact that the troops Obama pulled from Iraq were just sent elsewhere. And now when Obama is getting us involved in yet another war in the middle east, this moron wants to blame Republicans?
If anyone reads this comment who actually buys into the crap Schultz is selling, do me and everyone here a favor. Get your head examined. Please. Because your stupidity is helping keep guys like this on tv and people like Obama in public office.

  • TocksNedlog

On Little Eddie’s calendar, evey day ends in “lie”.

    • ObamaFail

He’d probably call you a racist, a terrorist, or a phony Christian if you point that they all actually end in day.

  • ObamaFail

    This picture seems appropriate.

  • Axelgreaser

BLECH! Ever noticed? Ed Schultz perfectly represents the Liberal ‘Body Type.’ Overweight, puffy, pasty. And with deplorable mouths, bitter, nasty and frequently (in his case) unhinged and profane. They completely disrespect women and yet USE them like the ‘depository’s’ they actually consider them to be. I’ll admit, I didn’t even read the story. I just see this man and I move on. Unless I’m in the mood to ‘kick him one’ for Sarah Palin.

  • WhoDat
    • tops116

Believe it or not, liberals are in full panic mode that Obama is going to do what they denounced Bush for doing. “We have to defend Obama for doing what we called Bush a war criminal for.”

But don’t worry, liberals, it’s not the same. Bush actually bothered to get authorization from Congress before going into Iraq. Curiously, the Constitutional scholar doesn’t seem too interested in doing that.

      • WhoDat

Maybe so, but why are there not the large protests in the streets from anti-war people now like they were for Bush?

        Complacency? Collusion?

Maybe instead of constantly pointing out real and supposed hypocrisies, we let them know we won’t allow another useless war.

        • Clete Torres

“…why are there not the large protests in the streets from anti-war people now like they were for Bush?

Exactly. Why aren’t there? Particularly since 0bama has publicly stated he doesn’t need to go to Congress for the okay to go.

Kinda stings when your golden boy does the very thing that he railed against Bush supposedly doing, huh? Shows you on the left that your guy is no different than what you protested against, and in reality, worse.

          • WhoDat

So, I am safe to assume pointing out hypocrisies on an online comment system is your way of protesting another useless war?

I was against going to Iraq and Afghanistan, for the record. They posed no threat to us.

            And neither does Syria.

          • Clete Torres

No, I’m saying you lefties are as two-faced as a fake quarter.

As long as it’s a Democrat doing the warmongering – without clear intel, and for a reason that effects the US national security not a whit, it’s fine. But if a Republican asks to go to war – to answer an attack on the United States – and even goes so far as going through the ‘proper channels’ it’s still wrong, no matter what.

And if you still think going to war in Iraq/Afghanistan was wrong because “they posed no threat to us,” you’re too far gone to reason with. The reasons have been pointed out again and again, and I’m not going to waste time doing it once more with a kool-aid drinker.

        • SPQR9

Because the anti-war protestors were not anti-war.

          They were anti-Republican.

          • Clete Torres

            There’s the answer.

  • tops116

“…but right now the only incentive that exists is our president suggesting that if you do what we tell you, we may not blow you up. My belief about the regional powers in the Middle East is that they don’t respond well to that kind of bluster.”

Something tells me Schultz, the other deluded followers and even Obama himself forgot that Obama said this while running for president six years ago.

Ed must still be on the air for devilishly good looks, because it sure as hell is not his insight or intelligence.

    • Clete Torres

Apparently the term ‘good looks’ is highly subjective. MSNBC must have very, very loose standards for beauty.

      • Doreen Beisel

        Or very,very,very low standards

  • Right Wired

Better question: How does MLK’s message of peace apply today as democrats enslave minorities with social welfare?
