Even we’ve flirted with the notion of Jen Psaki leaving MSNBC and returning to her post as White House press secretary. Sure, she lied a lot, but she also wasn’t afraid to spar with Fox News’ Peter Doocy. And after a couple of rough weeks “circling back,” she seemed to be well prepared.
Her replacement, Karine Jean-Pierre, might be the first black, LBGTQ female immigrant to hold the position, but she also sucks. We’ve watched her flip through her binder for a full 20 seconds just to announce that she had no updates on the baby formula shortage.
Politico has taken a look at “Karine’s tough debut” and figured out why it appears that she’s reading from a page:
