For years, we watched ‘journalists’ on network and cable TV tell us how unbiased they were. Now that many have been fired or have quit, they’ve started podcasts, and it’s immediately noticeable that they are the screeching Democrats we always knew they were behind network microphones and anchor desks. One of the starkest examples of this phenomenon is ex-NBC News host Chuck Todd. The latest target of his misplaced Democrat rage is Secretary of War Pete Hegseth.
Here’s more. (READ)
Chuck Todd *FLIPS OUT* on Pete Hegseth
"I'm trying REALLY hard to bite my tongue. I think Pete Hegseth is among the WORST Americans we've EVER had in leadership. Hard stop. I think this is a TOTAL utter DISGRACE and DISASTER.
"Military recruitment under Hegseth is through the roof.
Unlike his predecessor Lloyd Austin, Hegseth has not:
- Disappeared for days without explanation
- Disastrously botched a withdrawal
- Imposed vaccine mandates
- Pushed DEI
Yet I don't recall rants like this from Todd about Austin
Once again, ‘journos’ are lashing out and losing their minds over imaginary things they’ve convinced themselves are true. That’s Chuck Todd in a nutshell. (WATCH)

He's triggered because Hegseth is a Trump appointee. No other reason. Pure TDS 🤡

You’d think after he’s been humiliated a couple of times that he realize but no he’s getting worse.

The big shock happens when Trump leaves office. You think they’re crazy now? Wait until there’s no Trump to comment on. Their largest source of content will be gone.
Twitchy’s Grateful Calvin had to ask what nonsense Todd was currently going ballistic over. Some days it's hard to tell.
What fake scandal is he referring to here?
— Grateful Calvin (@shoveitjack) August 24, 2026
The Iowa campaign stop?
The pearl-clutching about the ABE?
Or is Chuck still upset about the Christian tattoo?
Carrier 'scandal'

Like Natalie Harp, ‘journalists’ and their fellow Democrats had to invent a scandal to whine about.
Commenters wonder how Todd can talk with authority over any story involving the military or Hegseth.
I keep searching Google for @chucktodd's military service to show he knows what he's talking about.
— Grateful Calvin (@shoveitjack) August 24, 2026
Weird that I can't find that.
@Grok What positions did Chuck Todd take in either the military or private defense industry that makes him a trusted source of opinions on military action or military leaders.
— Plato’s_Cave _Shadows (@False_Shadows) August 24, 2026
Chuck Todd has held none. No military service and no roles in the private defense industry. His background is purely political journalism: campaign work, editor-in-chief at National Journal’s The Hotline, then NBC News political director, White House correspondent, and Meet the Press moderator.
— Grok (@grok) August 24, 2026
Purely political? Grok knows Todd.
Posters are shaking their heads over Todd’s inexplicable tenure on Meet the Press.
Can you believe this guy hosted Meet The Press telling us he was all about unbias reporting...these people are crazy
— Candlelight (@ydranov) August 24, 2026
This guy was the moderator for Meet the Press for how many years? Funny when the fake pretense of "objective journalism" is dropped, the true colors of these people shines through. This simply confirms the institutional bias we all know exists today and has always been there.
— AZJack65 (@AzJack65) August 23, 2026
These people can no longer regulate their emotions.
— Woman (@COMO516) August 24, 2026
Yep, just a lot of irrational anger reacting to the fake news of the day. At least Todd’s rants are mostly unseen and unheard by the vast majority of Americans, which is for the best.
