She was part of the chorus trying to blame President Donald Trump for the disaster. By Monday, she was again blaming Trump and Republicans while arguing for more government despite federally-funded weather services getting out advanced warnings before tragedy struck. 'Somehow, we must pin this on Trump and Republicans!'

They have shifted narrative over the last 24 hours.
Yesterday there were strong insinuations that Trump admin cuts were to blame.
They’ve now moved to talking in generalities, while loosely tying opposition to spending bills/cuts to possible/future calamities.
