Former NY Gov. George Pataki has a decent proposal for media covering the COVID19 crisis

The media have had a little too much fun with the COVID19 crisis.

They seem to think that it’s not so much a very serious medical threat as it is a chance to politicize another crisis to suit their special agenda.

With over 200,000 COVID19 cases in the U.S. — including more than 5,000 deaths — maybe the media need to take a few steps back and re-evaluate their purpose.

To that end, former New York Gov. George Pataki has a proposal:

What a novel idea. Pretty much all MSM outlets are guilty of having politicized the COVID19 crisis to some degree (some outlets more than others, of course).

Maybe the media could start by, oh, we don’t know, covering the White House’s COVID19 press briefings without threatening to cut away or insisting on filtering all information through their own partisan lens?

Maybe the media can stop parroting ChiCom propaganda?

Maybe — just maybe — they can try telling the truth for a change.
