Ben Rhodes didn't actually put much thought into his Obama vs. Trump COVID19 thought exercise

Donald Trump’s address to the nation last night didn’t go as well as it could — or should — have. That’s a fair criticism.

That said, some criticisms are unfair.

Like this one from Ben Rhodes:

Is Ben suggesting that Republicans’ biggest problem with Barack Obama was his race? Because that’s kind of what it sounds like Ben is suggesting. And that’s ridiculous. It’s also ridiculous to suggest that Barack Obama’s mere presence in the White House would have stopped COVID19 in its tracks.

True story.

Ouch!

Moreover, viruses also spread under Barack Obama. Was that Obama’s fault?

Despite Ben Rhodes’ repeated efforts to rewrite history, Barack Obama was not perfect.

Parting message for Ben:

Or any day.
