We wish we could say we did not have Mayor Zohran Mamdani calling on the United States to embrace 'Islamic values of immigration' on our Bingo card, but that would be a lie. We'd honestly only be surprised if he wasn't pushing Islam on America.
The democratic socialist, the city’s first Muslim mayor, invokes the Hijrah — Prophet Muhammad’s migration from Mecca to Medina — as a moral blueprint. He references Quranic verses promising blessings for those who emigrate 'in the cause of Allah' after persecution and frames government policy as an extension of religious compassion.

Mamdani has wasted no time advancing sanctuary policies. He’s signed executive orders limiting cooperation with federal immigration authorities, restricting ICE access to city facilities without warrants, and launching multilingual 'know your rights' campaigns aimed at shielding illegal immigrants. His February interfaith breakfast remarks echoed the same theme: Islam as a 'religion built upon a narrative of migration.'
All of this is by design. Oh, we know, we sound like your crazy uncle who's convinced the fluoride in drinking water is turning frogs gay (cough cough), but this is the real deal. Democrats thought they were smart bringing in their own little voting bloc of 'migrants.'
In reality, they've brought in a group of socialists and communists who see the Democratic Party as a means to an end ... an end to the Democratic Party.
