I realized I needed to reset.
The majesty of Nature is always the answer for me. So, I went to Iceland. Alone. And it was transformational. I knew seeing the Northern Lights would wake me up and remind me of the awesomeness of the Universe.
The vast unknowable Design.
And it brought me back to life.
So, she's upset that the policies she's supported over the years are destroying New York City.
Here’s the thing: this is the same Debra Messing who’s been all-in on the very progressive politicians and policies that turned New York into the expensive, crime-soaked, migrant-overrun mess she’s now fleeing. The business exodus, the homelessness explosion, the 'feeling that the city is on fire'?
Yeah, that didn’t happen in a vacuum.
It’s the direct result of years of soft-on-crime DAs, sanctuary-city mandates, and the kind of big-government experiments she and her Hollywood pals have spent the last decade platforming as 'compassion. But when the consequences finally hit home? When the city she claims to love starts feeling unlivable even for a wealthy celebrity?
Suddenly, it’s time for a luxury solo reset in Iceland instead of, I don’t know, maybe reconsidering the votes and the virtue-signaling that helped light the match.
