Last week, I came across a video of a mom speaking at the Capitol about her trans child and how much more interesting her life as a mother has gotten since her child 'came out' as the opposite sex and I have to tell you ... it really pissed me off. Like flames, flames on the sides of my face.
I simply can't understand any parent not only going along with their child believing for one moment they're in the wrong body BUT to use that mental illness for personal gain and glory? Yeah, no. Bad parenting. BAD.
And speaking of bad parenting, HOO BOY you guys. Another video crossed my timeline that made me stop scrolling because it was just that disturbing. It's a video of a dad (I think) primping his son who thinks he's a girl. Now, it's creepy enough that dad is helping his young son do his beauty routine but add in his bizarre actions and it's just creepy as all get out.
Full transparency, I had to put this behind a the paywall because I'm really uncomfortable with this father's behavior.

Nope, it's not just this account ... there is something really off here.
Every single parental radar I have went off when I watched this. To be fair, I'm never comfortable watching any parent feed, enable, and even empower mental illness this extreme but there's something wrong here beyond that in my humble opinion.
This is how I imagine Tim Walz is as a father. Creepy.
