'New and DANGEROUS litmus test': Jonathan Turley's mini-thread dismantling Nancy Pelosi for smearing ACB over the ACA is a TKO

Nancy Pelosi doesn’t seem to be able to get out of her own way lately. From going to her salon for a blow-out and then blaming said salon for setting her up to attacking a well-credentialed and qualified SCOTUS applicant because of Obamacare … she’s not had a great few months.

Perhaps the upcoming election is just too much for her to bear? Especially as momentum for Trump builds once again? And she worked so hard to stop Trump, what with ignoring a pandemic to impeach him and stuff.

Jonathan Turley had a great mini-thread pointing out the horrible precedent Nancy and Democrats are setting with ACB:

Not a great look, Nancy.

But let’s not pretend this is the first time she’s looked bad.

…It is a foreshadowing of the vote tomorrow where various Democrats have already stated that they will vote on the basis of Barrett not guaranteeing a vote in a pending ACA case. It is a new and dangerous litmus test for nominees.

Wonder if the Democrats will boycott again? Use a bunch of cardboard cutouts? Sit on the floor with pacifiers in their mouths?

They’re such children.

And they couldn’t care less. Because they know, when their words and deeds come back to haunt them down the road, most of the media will give them cover and obfuscate on their behalf. (Witness the “Ginsburg Rule” and the “Biden Rule.”)
