Never mind the book she is hawking, the prime-time chair she occupies, or the fact that “Trump got richer” has been her entire personality for a long, long time.

When the well of new material runs dry, Tarlov can always fall back on the old reliable: squint at a headline, declare it proof of national ruin, and hope nobody notices the only consistent business model here is hers.
