Abigail Spanberger Thought She Could Blatantly LIE About Trump and the Troops. She Thought WRONG.

Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger (ugh, this editor still wants to throw up every time she writes or says this) has apparently located her inner patriot and decided the most urgent threat facing deployed troops is the Trump administration’s attempt to tighten mail-in voting rules.

The concern is touching, really, until Community Notes arrived like a well-timed mortar round to note that UOCAVA ballots for military and overseas voters are explicitly carved out of the USPS changes she’s warning about.

If you are serving our country abroad, I believe that you should have the ability to cast a vote in our elections.

Service members can still use the Federal Post Card Application the same way they always have. But why let a statutory exemption get in the way of a good “they’re stealing your vote” video when midterms are coming and the old “protect the troops” card still polls well?

She's just such a garbage governor, and considering how garbage-y Democrat governors are in general, it takes a whole lot to stand out.

Wrong, Governor.

Securing elections will ensure those eligible to vote are able to do so.

Mass Mail-OUT ballots is a problem, and our Armed Services personnel stationed outside their home will be protected by the SAVE Act.

Warner won't do it.
