Pros. Descano Helped Illegal Islamic Extremist Murderer Get Passport — Yeah, It Gets Worse (Thread)

In yet another jaw-dropping illustration of soft-on-crime progressive “justice,” Fairfax County’s Soros-linked prosecutor Steve Descano reportedly pushed a judge to spring an illegal alien Islamic extremist — already found not guilty by reason of insanity for fatally stabbing his landlord — so the man could be driven to the Tajikistan embassy in Washington, D.C. for a foreign passport. 

Not long after, the same killer was handed an unescorted 48-hour “weekend pass” from a Northern Virginia psych ward and promptly used it to board a one-way flight out of the country.

This story is INSANE...

The Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute released Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda, an ACCUSED KILLER, on a weekend pass DESPITE having a court order barring his release.

Toshpulodzoda then got on an international flight and FLED the country.

WHY would he do that?!

Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda was found “covered in blood from head to toe” after stabbing a man to death, and told police “I am guilty.” Yet he was deemed "not guilty by reason of insanity" due to his religious beliefs, after taxpayers paid for a Muslim psychiatrist to evaluate him.

The Fairfax County Community Services Board and Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute acknowledged that Toshpulodzoda was an illegal immigrant and murderer, but said it “is of the opinion that Mr. Toshpulodzoda is an appropriate candidate for conditional release.”

A judge disagreed, but days later, the institute let him out on a 48-hour "unaccompanied community visit." Fairfax even paid for an apartment for him! He, of course, instead went to Dulles and fled the country.
