Socialist Elijah Manley is running against Debbie Wasserman Schultz, rapper Luke Campbell, and indicted ex-Representative Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick in Tuesday’s Democrat Party primary in Florida’s District 20. Manley is black and has declared that only someone with his skin color should hold that congressional seat. Until recently, it was a black majority district.
