The Left are really grasping at straws at this point. They are so used to running running the show and bullying businesses to the detriment of conservatives. Because so many young people have been attracted to conservatism (thanks Turning Point and Charlie Kirk), the tides are changing. The Left is panicking.

Yes, the Right was very angry with the Dixie Chicks for making light of the sacrifice of so many young men and women post-9/11. Conservatives saw it as insulting to our armed forces and their families praying for them to come home safely. Furthermore, the Dixie Chicks were country singers. That's a patriotic group of people and it was a bad look for the 'Chicks'. They paid the price.

Country radio stopped playing them and conservatives stopped buying their music. They clearly didn't appreciate their conservative fan base so the base decided to move on from them. There were other talented musicians in the world.

I, for one, am a conservative who continued to partake in some fries. I was 28 in 2003 and I was eating some McDonalds french fries frequently. Apparently, I missed the memo.
