Day of 'love': Pakistan declares Friday national holiday to 'protest' film no one has seen

The Pakistani government announced that Friday, Sept. 21 will be a national holiday to honor the Muslim prophet Mohammed.

Kind of the government of Pakistan to gin up even more violent rage, er, peaceful protests of the “Innocence of Muslims” film, dontcha think?

Peaceful. Just like all the other “protests” in recent days.

AFP reports:

The cabinet decided to make Friday an official “day of expression of love for the prophet” after discussing the “Innocence of Muslims” movie, which has triggered more than a week of violent protests across the Islamic world, a senior government official told AFP.
