Honoring Scalia, take 2: George Mason changes name of law school to avoid embarrassing '#ASSLaw' acronym

After the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, the George Mason School of Law announced that it would rename itself the “Antonin Scalia School of Law” to honor the deceased legal scholar.

They even raised $30 million for the name change:

In recognition of this historic gift, the Board of Visitors has approved the renaming of the school to The Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University.

People on social media quickly ruined it, however, when they shortened “Antonin Scalia School of Law” to just #ASSLaw:

The school announced yesterday that they are changing the name again. It’s now “Antonin Scalia Law School”:
