During yesterday’s White House briefing, Jen Psaki was asked about this week’s New York Times story confirming the Hunter Biden laptop story was factual and not “Russian disinformation,” which was the narrative heading into the 2020 election. Psaki of course dodged and deflected during the questioning.

One moment during the briefing escaped our attention yesterday, and that was when Psaki was asked about her own comments about the Hunter Biden story at the time. Here’s her tweeted version from 2020:

What did Psaki have to say when asked if she now takes that back? Byron York notes that Psaki actually directed that reporter to the Justice Department:

Too bad Psaki didn’t slip and say “I’m the spokesperson for the Big Guy”:

null

And of course the DOJ would refer any questions about Psaki’s comments back to her. See how that works?

It really is amazing.
